Merry Christmas, and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya

First off, Merry Christmas everybody, and to those who don’t celebrate it…..well enjoy the festive atmosphere while you can. It’s only once a year where all the people around you are in a somewhat good mood.

Around this time last year, I came across the release information for a 2-hour long adaptation of the next Haruhi light novel. It read that it would be released on Febuary 6, 2010, and will be adapting the fourth novel in the series, “The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya”. My first thought was “OH GOD YES THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE VOLUMES”. My second thought was “damn it, it’s not going to air in North America, is it?”. In a stroke of luck, a camrip surfaced on the internet and I got to watch my Haruhi movie…although in crap quality. But that’s another story.
